PEARL UCL is undertaking some research for Transport for London to compare the legibility of
information signs on the outside of buses using different display technologies. This involves
bringing a double decker London bus into the lab!
We are looking for participants between the ages of 18 and 75, who are potential bus users
or people with an interest in reading bus destination information.
The experiments will involve reading a variety of bus information displayed under different
lighting conditions, and will take approximately 1 hour a day over 6 days: 19th, 20th, 25th,
27th, 28th and 29th of July at the at PEARL (Person-Environment-Activity Research Laboratory) in Dagenham.
You will be paid £90 in total for your participation over the 6 days of experiments.
If you would like to take part in this experiment, please contact Helen King at pearl@ucl.ac.uk .
We will respond to check your eligibility and arrange a time for your participation in the
experiments.
